Effective Command Workshops

Through the partnership between Effective Command and Ontario Association of Fire Chiefs (OAFC) Effective Command workshops are delivered as part of their annual calendar of events. These 4 hour workshops provide a dedicated incident command training session for the participants who get to experience a condensed Effective Command program. The session includes:

• Theoretical input in Incident Command & Decision Making

• Use of the Effective Command training portal for officer development

• Effective Command assessment and debrief
